Daily Free Bits: Earn Bitcoin Every Hour

Rated 3 out of 5

Daily Free Bits is a bitcoin faucet that allows users to earn free satoshis (100 millionths of a bitcoin) every hour. It’s one of the very few crypto faucets that have been around for quite some time, paying users consistently.

On Trustpilot, Daily Free Bits has a rating of 3.5 out of a possible five stars. Unlike most crypto faucets, Daily Free Bits allows users to earn free satoshis by simply solving the reCaptcha on the site and clicking on the ‘claim’ button.

Daily Free Bits was added to the FaucetPay.io faucet list on December 6, 2019. Users are required to link their bitcoin address on Daily Free Bits with FaucetPay.io, as the former processes withdrawals via FaucetPay. In essence, once a user reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold of 1 Satoshi and places a request, the funds will be sent to their bitcoin address on FaucetPay.

“We have switched to Faucetpay.io to process withdrawals. You’ll have to create an account at Faucetpay.io and link the bitcoin address you use at dailyfreebits.com to your Faucetpay profile in order to cashout, otherwise, you’ll get an error message. Please tweet @Dailyfreebits for any help. We have placed some withdrawal limits to prevent theft attempts from hackers. If you receive an ‘insufficient funds error,’ you should try to withdraw again after two minutes. Ensure you withdraw your funds before reaching 500 satoshis to prevent errors,” read a notice on the dailyfreebits.com site.

FaucetPay.io is a legit Microwallet that supports bitcoin (BTC) and various altcoins, including, ether (ETH), dogecoin (DOGE), litecoin (LTC), dash (DASH), digibyte (DGB), tron (TRX), tether (USDT), feyorra (FEY), zcash (ZEC), Binance BEP 20 (BNB), and solana (SOL).

FaucetPay is one of the largest micro wallets in the cryptospace. Micro payments-supporting microwallets such as FaucetPay make it easier for crypto faucets to send satoshis to their users in a cost-efficient way.

Daily Free Bits Legit or Scam?

Under normal circumstances, a bitcoin faucet that is connected to FaucetPay and processes withdrawals through it is regarded as a legit project. However, since some faucet platforms may lack strong sponsors, it is common for them to run out of funds to pay users or simply discontinue operations due to several other reasons.

Against that backdrop, the easiest way to judge whether a bitcoin or altcoins faucet is active or not is by simply checking out the site’s payment status on Faucetlist.io. This platform is dedicated to helping newbies in the game to find legit crypto faucets.

At the time of filing this report, the total amount paid out to users by the dailyfreebits team stands at $9604.692383, with the site boasting a total active user base of 3,262. The latest payout was made today and the total amount sent out to users’ wallets in the last hour was $2.277277.

Right from the Daily Free Bits website, there are links to other partner crypto faucets including FireFaucet and AdBTC.top.

Via FireFaucet, users can complete simple tasks such as filling out surveys, watching videos, and more, to earn rewards in crypto. FireFaucet supports 12 cryptocurrencies and users get paid directly to their wallets once the withdrawal threshold is reached.
